Office Relocation Solutions has relocated The City of Perth library back into Hay Street, 4 years after we relocated them out into temporary premises so that their old building could be demolished and the new premises built!
The whole library was packed, relocated and unpacked in a few days using our skilled packers to ensure that everything was in the correct place ready for the grand opening. like we say- Moving Made Easy!
When Virgin Australia needed to relocate their operations from Terminal 3 to the brand new facility at Terminal 1 they called Office Relocation Solutions. This was a large relocation with several elements that had to be relocated within a strict timeline to ensure that the new terminal was operational ready for the first flight out on Sunday morning. Our large team had to sequentially pack and unpack spare parts from the Engineering department, we even relocated spare airplane wheels! aircraft access steps to name a few! We had a separate team that relocated all of the admin areas and once the last flight had left at 11:00pm on Saturday evening we started to relocate all of the essential staff and also the Virgin Lounge area.
The whole move was a success and we finished ahead of schedule with the terminal ready for the first flight in. Each department was completed on time to the satisfaction of the client-

Relocation of 300 staff from 4 different locations within the Perth CBD into a new office in Welshpool. The relocation was completed in one day and involved sequential pack & unpack of sensitive documents using our secure crates. Disconnect & reconnect of the IT Equipment and E Waste disposal service.
Relocation of 230 staff into 2 locations within the Perth Metro Area. The relocation consisted of files, computers, small amount of furniture and a full gymnasium. The relocation also included disconnect & reconnect of the IT Equipment and disposal of furniture using our green waste service where limited or no items end up in Landfill.
Relocation of a whole school into the new location within the Perth CBD, Move consisted of classrooms, admin areas, Library, Chemistry Areas, Gym & Musical equipment.. We sequentially packed and unpacked all of the library, admin & HR areas. Our Project Manager managed the relocation from start to finish to ensure that everything was in place for the school to open for the new semester.
Relocation of 450 staff in one weekend into the newly refurbished Golden House on St Georges Terrace. The relocation consisted of sequential pack & unpack of secure files, disconnect & reconnect of all IT Equipment. Relocation of compactus units and secure waste disposal.
In July we undertook the massive relocation of 3 separate automotive parts distribution warehouses into a single brand new facility. The move was done over 3 weekends and saw us pack, relocate and unpack over 18,000 shelves using 15,000 crates, 1400 Move Capsules and 340 pallet stillage’s. On each stage our Project Manager file mapped the location of each shelf into the new warehouse and labelled the site to make the transition smooth and continuous. Each stage was completed on time to the satisfaction of the client- like we say- Moving Made Easy!
Relocation of Specalised Diagnostic laboratories from multiple buildings on the Sir Chalrles Gardner Site to the new purpose built building on campus. Multiple staged relocation to avoid disruption and ensure continuity of services for the client.
Relocation of 120 staff from 6 sites into the new office in St Georges Terrace, The move consisted of Crates, Computers and furniture all completed in one weekend.
Relocation of BHP Biliton into their custom designed office tower on St George’s Terrace. We successfully delivered the biggest office relocation in Western Australia’s history, moving 3,500 BHP employees The move, completed in the third quarter of 2012 and a follow up relocation in March 2013, sees BHP Billiton consolidate its people from 21 sites across Perth to the building constructed and owned by Brookfield Australia. Relocation of approximately 320 staff into the new purpose built headquarters in Jandakot. Relocation included the sequential pack and unpack of 1200L/M of files, computers and general effects.
